why am i here?

hey there :).  ok so welcome to my version of authenticity. the point of this exercise, for me, is to learn, develop, and improve on the practice of being truth-telling, straight talk, and just being real.  that goes for my interaction with other people but also and especially for with myself.  in my very humble opinion i believe that being authentic and telling your actual story, (the good, the bad, and especially the ugly) is an incredibly powerful tool and one which i feel i am essentially am a beginner at. 

i'm here to practice my own truth telling.  and hey, maybe you'll get something out of it too
